Meh, no thanks, I like my body the way it is, all nice and organic and not filled with creepy little machines.

(though I'd trade in my knees and feet for new ones that work without pain, come to think of it.)

Is quite interesting
people might come with a translation module or subtitles, you would no longer "feel" hungry, your stomach comes with an alarm that sounds when it's empty, people with bad memory could get a message "you shouldn't be here!!", alarm clocks would be obsolete as you automatically wake up at a determined hour, you could hack another person's body to make her/him do whatever you want *evil laugh*, tv screens would come obsolete you can watch tv as you walk (but is not recomended)

There are many posibilities out there, think of it.
