Thus the reason I was going so apeshit the last few months. I'm down with the comforting hugs if I'm sorta close with somebody... otherwise it's an invasion of the Mike Bubble.
So atm, I'm like... 6 months clean! Through all the bullshit that ya know about! It makes for a crazy ass motherfucker, lol.
And boooooooo to colonoscopy! 5 more years for me.  Stupid pre-disposition! I'm not a fan of hugs from people I don't know... my doctor better have some good bedside manner if he's gonna stick a camera in my pooper!

So, somehow this is now the official hugs thread.
So hugs are good, not that good but still recomendable, it gives that kind of support, you know someone to lean on.
hugs for everyone, except for mike.

It's kinda weird... not to emo out. But last month I had some awful shit go down... but I didn't really cry at all. Not until one of my friend I hadn't talked to put her hand on my shoulder... then I fuckin' LOST it.
Contact is a strange thing.

That's always the tricky part, figuring out who likes hugs, who doesn't like hugs, and who's on the fence, at which point a hug is in order to draw them to the hug side 
And yes, a hug for all is in order, except for Mike, who instead gets a knowing nod and a "sup." That should be far enough for his comfort.

I'm a hugger sometimes. My guy friends I go for the hand clasp and the slap on the back hug. Sometimes it's a full hug, but that's only under uncommon or funny homo-erotic situations.
I just do gotta be pretty comfortable with somebody for it. It's really odd. I'm detached! /dances
