No, they STILL give you cancer, so do the nice thing and use them to give something else life.
Actually, for all we know, that green squishy ball IS cancer. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

I loved todays comic. I laughed super hard when the slime smiled and bounced off and Joel just said. "Gross". That was awesome. I could have gone without the last box. I thought it was perfect at just the Gross part as a continuation from the last comic. That was totally great though. Had me laugh out loud in the office =). I hope to see the slime return eventually. Kind of like the cat in Penny-arcade or Divx. More like the cat because Slime shouldn't talk. =P _________________

It didn't translate all that well. It was Supposed to be Joel comming back from smoking, looking at the empty plate, and assuming Arturo ate the cigarette filled jell-o. An extra panel with the empty plate and no Joel would've done the trick...
In other words: FAIL. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Ahhhh I didn't know he ever left. I thought he was there watched the transformation and his only reaction was... "Gross" _________________

So Dave fails at making it look like what it was supposed to be.
THEN fails by explaining it, thus ruining Kara's interpretation.

Actually I saw it the same way Kara did.
And I actually think it's better that way. _________________ "just imagine a good signature, and then put it here" |

I'm totally down with the "Joel watched it happen" explanation. Its funny. Opens up all sorts of possibilities for story lines and happenings.
Also, the Jell-O (or as we like to call him "The Squishy Ball" *TM/CR pending*) he could be a "Slime" from "Dragon Warrior", or he could be a "Poring" from "Ragnarok Online"...or...he could be a.......
CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUBE!!!!!!
