You have to find him and not just disregard him as an annoyance. Otherwise, he's gonna slip under your radar and take you out before you know it.
As for ways of taking him out, if... IF you can, it really comes down to how you feel about it.

I dunno, I can be a pain. There are times when cold bastard apathetic Mike comes into full frame... most likely a XX Chromosome Apocalypse would be one of those times. Also, I'd be down probably just to be annoying and cool.
You may know the "nice, caring" Mike... but Cold Mike is a strong force. Oh yes...
And REALLY... challenging me with eradication? If somebody challenges me with something TRIVIAL or "beneficial" to me I'll flip that on 'em. Eradication would be a totally new ballgame.
