Squishy's Size

Watching Squishy in today's strip, I'm lead to believe that, while being very... um... well... SQUISHY, Squishy is in no way slimy. Somehow that just added to the cuteness he exudes. I guess his gelatine roots are evident. Now, I wonder if he's cool to the touch, or warm like a kitten or puppy.
