We should make a new competition, the twitchathon. He whose brain twitches the most over the course of a 26.2 mile run wins.

Naturally, that distance can be toned down to save the lives of people who aren't fans of physical exercise. The only problem I see is finding a way to tell if the person yelling "BRAIN TWITCH" is honest or not. Hmmz... Ideas?

I'd put a spin on that, let's see who can make Joel's brain twitch the most in a pre-determined time. The rest of us seem to be pretty low on the brain twitch count.

What does 26.2 have to do with your language?

That J-turn story was hilarious... I have no idea what the relevancy (if indeed there was any) of a broken toe to him sticking anything he can into his mouth is, but there ya go. Unless he sucks his own toes, which is more than a little wierd.
