So I went and bought myself "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney" (DS game) for $20 at Game Spot. Best $20 I ever spent.
If you like adventure games, over the top dramatic moments (hearing the main character shout "OBJECTION!" has not gotten old to me), tongue-in-cheek comedy, and games that make you think, then do yourself a favor and pick this game up before it's gone.
I'm loving this game so much that I already went out and picked up "Justice for All", the next game in the series, and I'm anxiously awaiting "Trials and Tribulations" which is out this Fall. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

You're Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney!
The game starts you off as Phoenix, a young attorney fresh from the bar and on your first case, you're defending your best friend on murder charges.
The game is divided into two types of gameplay for every case you get: Detective work and Courtroom defense.
The detective work involves looking for clues, talking to witnesses, anything you can find to help you build your defense. You'll come accross a lot of fun and silly moments as well as some dramatic and serious ones. And then there are those times when people just piss you off... but you get satisfaction later.
In the courtroom you use all the clues and info you have to defend your client. Sometimes it's a matter of presenting evidence to punch holes in witness testimonies, at others it's you pressing the witness to reveal more info, or to elaborate on what they said so you can piece things together.
Keep in mind, this game is not a lawyer sim as real courtroom proceedings don't happen this way (it's far more entertaining in this game ), but it's still you using your wits to come out on top. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Okay, I kind of lost track of lost track as to why Zomblor the Terrible (Joel) wants to "off" Dave...anyone have a clue?
Also, Dave, I sort of figured it out. Dick Gumshoe (who Rocks) is kind of like Harvey Bullock (who Also Rocks)'s nicer, less slovenly brother. _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<) |

There, fixed
And now, my impression of Joel.......
