Something like this actually occurred many years back.

A friend of mine was wearing a tee with the words "love is blind" on it. She came up to me and started a conversation as per usual. I looked down and leaned in for a closer look. She, immediately reacted shouting "Hey! Stop that!", seemingly upset, but somewhat amused that I would stare at her chest, normally refraining from any such conduct :p (she was both very cute and busty).

I asked her why she would wear a shirt like that if she didn't want to give guys an excuse to stare at her chest. She first blinked in confusion, then turned a bright red. Apparently she forgot she was wearing said shirt.

Ofcourse, she quickly recovered and then teased me for needing a shirt like that to stare at a girl's chest.

If she ever reads this (you know who you are), I only needed an excuse to BLATANTLY stare and move in for a closer look Wink Otherwise it could very well have been considered a sex crime Smile

Now Dave,

This couldn't have been in HS because honestly how many Busty women there were in HS who would wear a shirt like that?

You sure it wasnt a tree that you where looking at?

Editors Note* Sorry I had to lay that line down.

Just on general curiosity, shirts with text on them are a dirty trick when it comes to this. You notice words peripherally and many times you are compelled to try and figure out what it says. "What are you doing?" "Trying to read your shirt, mind turning that way?"

As for the strip, sex crime is going way too far in this case. Annoyed? Sure. Upset after a bit? Okay. "Holy crap, you never wear stuff like that." "How dare you! You've voilated me with your eyes!" "What?..." Not so much. Its someone intentionally being abrasive or unrelenting that builds a case.

Dave: I smell a little bit of the BS here. "Love is Blind" that's three words. It couldn't have taken more than a tenth of a second to read. You were starring because you wanted to stare.

Joel: Sadly it can be construed as Sexual Harassment. This Strip actually stemmed from a conversation between myself and my friends Liam(Chaosdward63 on the forums) and Briana about the nature of Girls t-shirts and how all words and iconography always seem to be directly at braest level. ("Stop starring at my chest" "What? I like Che Guevara. VIVA LA REVOLUTION!") And I came up with that idea for a t-shirt. Maybe " if you can read this you're probably sexually harassing me" would have been a more appropriate line, but I thought it lacked punch.

May be the txt on the shirt was some kinda pink color on a red shirt therefore making it really harder to read.

And since Dave claims she was busty. He probably on saw

EISBL

on the center of the shirt and needed a closer look, not knowning he needed to look at the sides to read the whole message.

I'm offended, Dan.

1) I'm near sighted. The text wasn't that big.

2) I'm color blind. The color on the shirt and the color of the text didn't exactly work to make it jump out at you.

3) The text was blurred to begin with.

4) "Love is Blind". The whole get-up was supposed to make it hard to read, because the reader is in love and therefore blind, you see.

5) I did imply that I stared more out of want than need, but I did need to stare to read it.

Still smelling B.S., Dan?

That is not something I'll deny. My powers of obliviousness were far stronger then than they are now.

Wow, well I guess they say the first step on the road to help is admitting that you have a problem. It seems like you progessed since them. G

Good luck and may your ovbliviousness be cured soon.

If the laws here have "progressed" as far as making staring a crime then I'm outta here. *Hops on a plane for anywhere else* Cool

That's why she's so hot! I totally dig Irish chicks - flaming red hair with a sprinkling of brown sugar on her otherwise pristine white skin. And the attitude, OH the attitude! They don't take shit from anybody! HAH! Smile
