4/3/07

If this was an actual situation that happened to someone, I think the offer to buy dinner is brilliant. It probably would not have occurred to me to do that. Offer sympathy and maybe get a phone number or something, but not offer to buy dinner.
What was the basis for this strip? Real life situation or just a funny idea?

What our tech man James is trying to say is "Yes, this strip is based on actual events, even if the wording wasn't exact".

The wording is always exact in these strips, much like the events all happened in real life! Shocked Very Happy Rolling Eyes

No... this is a work of fiction.

The fact that the organization of this operation is starting to eerily mirror the organization in the strips is pure coincidence.

Dammit Dave, do I need to tranq you now? Cool
By the way, the title "Spammer Hunter" makes more sense than you realize.

Now this one is definitely a work of fiction. I'd never tranq anyone, especially not Arturo! I'd use a 2x4 or some other blunt instrument to achieve the desired unconsciousness. Rolling Eyes

1. This event is inspired in every way, shape and form from actual events in Dave's life...well minus the demon part. Rolling Eyes

2. I agree with Dee on the Cartoonist bit. Both me and Dee look nothing like that. Evil or Very Mad

3. Why the hell can't I post these rants on the comic page?! Evil or Very Mad
