As for our hosting, we use FuitadNet, which can be found here: http://www.fuitadnet.com/

There have been minor issues here and there but response is prompt and the server/tools offered are always improving.

Oh, I thought you meant I wasn't allowed in Ninja's comic. But do bear in mind that Ninja is also a mouse and a (norse?) god.

Therefore he is only 1/3 ninja, so he is allowed in Underscore. Only pure-bred nhinjas are banned from Underscore, as are robots. Cyborgs are ok though.

Ninja's a proffession, though, so he's 100% ninja.

The "magic" tag makes him extra special.

The fact that he happens to be a Nordic mouse god is irrelevant.
