I've actually been watching Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and for what it is it's really quite good. And the song from the dance sequence and the end credits is quite infectious.

I don't know how long it'll take, but I really would like to do the dance sequence with the Squishy Cast. I'll be good practice in animation, not to mention HILL-ARIOUS! Though a little help in the drawing area from... SOMEBODY *ahem* would be appreciated I'm willing to do it all by myself.

I attended a release party for it at a place here in Los Angeles called "Jungle", a shop here in Little Tokyo. I picked up the first disc of the series and got free pizza and drinks to boot. Plus the poster signed poster and the *good* cosplayers was nothing but gravy.
