ended the story line at #75, is launching a pair of series in preperation for Countdown, a wedding, and the eventual relaunch.

You'll have to tell me what those are...

If you mean the Year One thing, Andy Diggle sucks. As does Countdown.
If you mean the wedding specials, those are all one-shots. I <3 Black Canary!

I can't drum up any excitement about a relaunch unless I know which writer will be attached to it. Without guys like Kevin Smith and Judd Winick, Green Arrow is a 3rd string character trailing behind the likes of Aquaman.

I too heard rumors of an almost immediate relaunch, but it would be focusing on Conner and not Ollie and thus I could give a damn. Also, I hadn't heard who would be attached to it, or I heard and didn't remember and that may be worse.

I liked Andy Diggle's recent "Adam Strange" mini-series, it was a nice set up for "Infinite Crisis"....its just too bad that one /major/ thing from the end of the series seems to have been /totally/ forgotten.
