I have to agree with Dan... he is doing what he can... what do you do when you don't like something you draw... you throw it away and don't show anyone... he did not like what he drew so he stuck with what he knew... I had originally planned a strip with a girl for my comic... but could not accurately depict a stick figure girl so I stuck with animals... (not that in real life I stick to animals Confused

...) Stop complaining... The only thing you should be complaining about is that Dan is not posting that much in the news (hint hint) Wink

Dave simply must complain. Complimenting Dan on his art would be an invitation for Dan to grow over-confident, and hope that he may become Squishy's artist, thus forcing Dave out of the picture.

There's no chance of me usurping Dave from Squishy, though I may drop bonus strips in the news from time to time.
Also, since now seem as good a time as any to mention, I've been working on my own strip. It's still in the beginning stages, but it's coming along pretty well. It's called "The Grind" and it's about a coffee shop that becomes the subject of a reality TV show. Right now I'm mostly building character models and backgrounds. For example, here's the backbar:

I'd like to get it going by the end of the summer, and that of course means It will be up either by Christmas or like five years from now.
