These people... They know too much... *looks around shiftily* Now would be a good time tomake my escape from them... While they swap quotes from a movie I've never heard of... *begins to sneak out of the thread* *gets spotted by James* *casts a chameleon 100% on self for 20s spell, and walks out invisible and cackling*

*Closes oblivion*

*puts on his Greater Damage Skills ring and goes around task mastering skills and learning from teachers and start up rates, then removes the ring and heals the damage while keeping his cheaply learned skill levels in addition to his older ones*

One of the cheesiest exploits in the system.

Since we've managed to get to this topic... Something I find extremely boring (but useful) is to stay in the dungeons for ages at the beginning. After going through the locked door, run through that entire section and pull every rat in there. Then, wait beside the wooden door you came in through and repeatedly cast heal minor wounds. hen you get low on health and/or magicka, pop through the door and wait for it to recharge. Repeat. Now we have good light armour, heavy armour (if you wear the stuff you can pick up en route), block (if you bother) and restoration. Once you're bored of that, keep going until you get to the goblin that you can sneak up behind. Position yourself so you're facing into two corners and either put an elastic band around the arm of the controller or put some weight on the W key.

I came out of the dungeons a master in light + heavy armour, master of sneak, master of block and journeyman of restoration. The best part is if you only pick only one of those as a major skill you will still level up quite a few times, and because your minor skills increased so much you'll get some pretty hefty bonuses. +4/5 agility, speed and willpower for several levels straight? *yoink*

Needless to say, there are like 50 varieties of cheese for this game.

Still, I prefer to play "Oblivion" with the difficulty mod that fixes how everything around you levels to compensate for your increasing badass-ness. At its very core it puts level caps on areas so there will be places you can just wade your way through that used to be tough at a way earlier level and not have to worry about the "sick bandit" sporting high-end glass armor and enchanted weaponry curb stomping you as you try and move through the starting town. Lots of little tweaks all around to but basically it instills a sense of accomplishment because you actually see effects from your getting better and it still keeps the harder areas hard (it also leaves certain sections "level with" so they are no picnic). From what I hear its one of the most downloaded mods for the game.

I usually do my own modding for Oblivion. Not one of the things I;ve done so far has been sensible though. Who thinks giving the "heal minor wounds" spell about a dozen other effects (fortify all attribues +1000, 100% chameleon, restore 1000hp/sec, fortify all skills +100, all for 2 mins) is mad? I do, but by hell is it cool. Oh yeah, and making the character jump 1000x as high as normal can have some odd results too.

Hey, this topic is suppose to be about me! So my favorite thing about Morrowind was the "personality test." What a great way to choose a class! From my selections they recommended Archer which I thought was awesome.

Ooooo do me...not like that...I meant how much do I rock? Oh crap that had bring me down some. I've got to remember that a really rocker doesn't need to ask how much they rock.
It truth though. One time the girls I babysit and I were in an elevator going to their apartment and kinda out of the blue the older one (she's five) said I looked like a model, and the little one (she's four) said "no she looks like a RockStar." I nearly cried. Well not really but it was cute.

"Rocking" needs a better unit of measurement then "Rocking Points" My first inclination was the "OZ" for Ozzy Ozborn, but that may be too easily confused with "ounces". My secondary suggestion would then be the "Zep", for what equates rocking hard better Led Zepplen. This would be indicated by a lowercase "z". One zep would be equivalent to a standard Zepplin Concert with their line-up at the time of "IV/Zozo" or roughly equivalent of "Stairway to Heaven" played at maximum volume.

Examples:
Watching a skater emasculate himself on a fire Hydrent - 1mz or One Milizep
Dez and Desi Kicking the crap out of Arturo for undercutting them on how much they rock - 1Kz or One KiloZeps.

Me and Dez deserve a million points because we're nice like that.

You just invalidated your system of measurement by basing its prime example on highly improbably events. -1 Rawk for Dan.
