Demo Notice: "Medal of Honor: Airborne" Single-Pla

Just giving people (Joel) a heads up that the Single Player demo for "MoH: Airborne" should be on Live. Originally slated for release on the 23rd of August a written feature on www.xbox.com states that it should already be availible for download. For those without a X360 but a decent enough rig, the demo is also being made available for PC download.. From the feature comes the following description of the single level you'll be able to play:

Demo Mission: Operation Husky
A joint allied operation into the island of Sicily, Operation Husky follows Boyd Travers and the 82nd Airborne on their first combat jump on July 11, 1943. After securing and sabotaging four anti-aircraft guns, Boyd is sent to rendezvous with a group of paratroopers at the edge of the village. Here, they run into the German Heer army, who is attempting to recapture the village. Boyd must push to the end of this small hamlet, eliminating Germans along the way, then find a sniper rifle and eliminate the German commander. He's successful, but not before the commander has successfully called in reinforcements.

According to EB Games the X360 version shall be out September 4th of this year. The PS3 version? (Ny may be interested....maybe...) doesn't come out until November 11th.

Play the demo, get yourself a copy of "Bioshock" to tide you over, get "Airborne" when it comes out. Not that hard. Hell, with how blind you are to all the really cool things coming out this fall for the X360 you are going to be missing out on a few good things. If you were going to buy more of "teh non-suck" you'd be thanking them for that extra week:P
