Right, should we ever come into ridiculous amounts of money I'm finding myself a second run FG42 and we're getting Joel a original forging CZ-75....for starters. Joel I mean. He'd apply for some sort of bs foreign citizenship so he could fly out to the bush and fire off all sorts of obscene ordinance. _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<) |

Dude, if you had the $15k necessary to just put in a serious /bid/ for one I'd be wondering why you weren't at least investing that and waiting for the interest to compound.
Or spreading it around a little to get yourself connections to people who can get you that "and more";p _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<) |

It's easy to get stuff, but I don't have the money to get that connection AND anything I will want. _________________ Anyone who says money can't buy happiness doesn't have enough money. |

For anyone sort of wondering what the big deal with that particular handgun is and how it could fetch many times what some far larger, "more destructive" weapons, here is a pair of links with general details. More than likely it will still come off as "just a handgun" so if Joel would be so kind he can go ahead and explain what exactly makes this such a sought after weapon.

From all the articles I've read on the original CZ-75 they all indicate the same things:
Reliable
Accurate
Ease of use
Sturdy
Balanced
The gun has all the qualities you look for when purchasing a firearm you plan to use often. I've never gotten my hands on a CZ before and I still want to shoot one just to see what it feels like. The original batches of CZ's from 1976 were forged with a process that can parallel sword makers of feudal Japan. The original craftsmanship was exquisite.
An armorer friend of mine said a CZ has the reliablity of a Glock, Accuracy of a Sig, Ease of use of a revolver and it's sturdy as an AK. Now if those four examples don't mean anything to you, go away...you're looking at the wrong articles. _________________ Anyone who says money can't buy happiness doesn't have enough money. |

Not to mention that the machines that produced the original batches used to break regularly, not due to inferior manufacturing processes but specifically because of the high grade and strength of the original materials. The first run weapons were considered damn near unbreakable and the extra weight did far more to balance it out and compensate for recoil than it did to make it harder to use for someone with less strength thanks to its design. It really is one of the finer examples of human offensive workmanship. _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<) |

This gun is taking on mythical characteristics like the legendary Diregun of the late Pleistocene era. _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

That gun was proven to be bunk by guys in lab coats. You can always believe guys in lab coats, Tre. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

But wasn't the guy in the lab coat Arturo?
Either way, that gun had quality that was unequaled at the time and is still considered a must have to collector and enthusiasts alike. _________________ Anyone who says money can't buy happiness doesn't have enough money. |

Wasn't that the codename for the Man Cannon during development? _________________ Anyone who says money can't buy happiness doesn't have enough money. |
