Just going to drop some quick info in regards to the next Bond movie.

Paul Haggis, who wrote "Casino Royale" has been convinced (read: heftily bribed) to return and write the next one, with the first bits of the script already being written up. The film is set to begin production. with one Marc Forster at the helm, in December of this year. Shooting is going to be tight as according to the studio's timetable the 23rd film is planned to release in 2010. And yes, Daniel Craig shall be returning as the titular (tee hee) spy.

Man, I'm so hoping the whole "organization" thing from "Casino Royale" pans out as the return of "Spectre".

He didn't actually write the script. He doctored it up so much they gave him a credit on it.

Ah. Well I was going off of all the news and his credits listing so if that was the case tat explains it. He is writing the next one though.

Apparently Daniel Craig made a off-hand comment about the next Bond film being "more humorous" than the last one and that touched off this whole multi-week fiasco where people were decrying a return to the Roger Moore Bond and burning effigies and whatnot. Haggis quite tiredly released a official statement that it wasn't the case and to stop bothering him about it because he's trying to write.
