They are really quick to take your money, but to actually take care of you is a different story. Ass holes.

The nature of organizations who's primary motivator is bottom line. I agree that bottom line should be a priority: No money = No organization. However, I much rather have an organization charged with "taking care of me" (health, insurance, etc.) have ME as it's priority and not my wallet.
