Previews
Person A: OMG this movie looks so awesome. I can't wait to see this.
Person B: I hope its going to be good.
Person A: The book was good.
Person B: Ya, but it's Will Smith. Almost every movie he's in he's the same ID4 character.
Person A: But if the writing is good he'll pull it off look at Persuit of Happiness.
Person B: Ya, we'll just see. I mean I'm not wishing bad upon it. I hope to enjoy it.
Person C: Will you two both shut up and just go watch the movie.
At this point I'll add that all three people are just voices in my head.
Movie
The movie was not bad. Not worth 77 Million dollars opening weekend. Not worth $11 at the theater + $5 popcorn + $3 Cherry Icee. I will say Will Smith did a good job acting like a crazy man who's had no human contact for 3 years. I wonder if he had previous experience. The movie was a bit slow but the slowness brought on a tension. You were legitimatly worried. But not for the main actor. Honestly you couldn't give a damn if he died. It was the dog that stole the show. You were worried for the dogs life. As I said the movie was pretty good until all of a sudden..... God this god that God has a plan God will save us, God told me to come here, God told me you're this person and that person and so on. WhY!!!!!!! Why did it go religious on me? And the ending?!?! Seriously? I mean in a depressing world that we live in do we really need a depressing ending? Ok, its a post apocaliptic future. There's not much else you can do with it when they say 5.6 billion people died. But at least give us an ending. Don't switch main characters at the end of the movie and just blah. I may be a bit picky when it comes to movies but just BLAH! I will say this about I am Legend.. "At least it's not Golden Compass".
On the Kara meter it gets 3 out of 5 stars.
Highlight of the movie is when Smiths walking through New Yorks Time Square and there's a Giant Billboard with the Superman/Batman logo advertising a movie saying Coming soon 2010. _________________ It's not easy being me but I make it look damn good.

It wasn't bad but it definitely could have been better. I liked it but it would have greatly benefited by being longer as in order to cram that last bit (at the point where the whole movie turned around) we ended up with less of an examination of his breakdown/solitude. I'd elaborate but as someone I know would say "SPOILAAARS!!!" _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<)

that is what the movie was.
It wasn't wait for Cable or DVD type of film.
It had a beginning that was vague, as in how it all came about. I mean were was the doctor who cured cancer going into a panic attack known that her cure backfired! Before she actually turned into a Darkwalker.
Also basically every trailer of the movie was the movie!
But the worst thing about it was the ending! Really Anti-Climatic, in my view.
There was a rising action part, middle, a small twist to the plot, but other than that it blew and IT BLEW HARD!
I knew I should have went to go see National Treasure.
