Ok, you asked for something you didn't know.
Cows testicles sucks. It's like chewing a bublegum with a bittersweet, and you actually have to swallow it. there you go. _________________ "just imagine a good signature, and then put it here" |

They sell them in the market just a few streets down from where I live. I haven't had them myself, but I've been told.
Good attempt, but try again. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Yay for tripe.
Meh for kidney. It's okay, but not my taste.
Don't care for cow tongue. Don't like the texture.
Mexican roots. Kinda got exposed to this stuff at an early age.
And before you Frenchies out there get any ideas, I love Escargot.
Also, no, I haven't had monkey brains. But if they're anything like Cow brains, I probably won't like it :p _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Ok, two strikes and one to go
"prietas", I think you don't have it there, the english translation would be "tights" (I think), they are a kind of sausage that as a special ingredient has the cow's blood (Is forbidden in some religions), is quite big and spicy. _________________ "just imagine a good signature, and then put it here" |

You got me there. No beef blood sausages. But if they're anything like Moronga, or pork blood sausages, I'm willing to try.
And I thought "prieta" means "dark" or, more precisely, "dark skinned girl". It's my dark skinned cousin's nickname. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

WOOHOO, and the third goes, goes and is gone!!
...
Whatever, I have never tasted that Moronga or pork blood sausages, if I ever taste them I'll tell you.
"Dark skinned girl" actually looks like a good translation, thank you. _________________ "just imagine a good signature, and then put it here" |

There's always something I've heard referred to as Morcia which is pretty much spiced and cooked blood.
Its not listed here, but for anyone looking for a starting point from which to start researching this:P

YAY! meat! I love to eat me some meat but not the weird stuff ya'll were talking about. However, put it in front of me, don't tell me what it is, and if it looks good i'll try it. If you tell me, I'll try it anyway but very hesitantly. _________________ ~jynx~

Blood As Food |
It does't appear listed there and I forgot about it before.
"Ñachi", is a (chilean) indian word that means blood, it also refers to coagulated raw blood, condimented with salt, lemon and chili. Even here it's sorta rare. _________________ "just imagine a good signature, and then put it here" |
