Eldest (Eragon book 2)
after those are done I'm probably gonna pick up "Smoke and Mirrors" by Neil Gaimen... because he's my hero. _________________

Fer shame Dave, tsk tsk, fer shame. You know you're only adding to the stereotype that artists are all brainless twits right? _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

Doesn't bother me. Also doesn't mean I don't read. I'm not reading anything at the moment. I'll pick up a book soon enough. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Right now I'm reading a lot of manga and webcomics, and Will Eisner's Shop Talk. I recently finished Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics, and Reinventing Comics, and Eisner's Comics and Sequential Art. (yeah, I'm in comic-creation-learning mode.)
I don't seem to read as many non-graphic novels as I used to. A few months ago I was enjoying Lillian Jackson Braun's The Cat Who... series, though. It's cute, especially if you like mysteries and cats. I used to read lots of fantasy, but lately I just haven't seen any that really grab me. |

What, you bored with Kara so now you gotta stir some up between two other people? You're in quite the mood today, Tre. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

He does have my old copy of Ender's Game though, so he should read it.
I'm gonna not call shenanagins YET... BUT I do have it locked and loaded.

LOL Mike!
Dave, you know me better than that. I seek only to enlighten: sometimes with a touch and sometimes with a very spiky, very heavy stick. But as far as you and reading go, I'm simply after the truth. Teehee. _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

The truth: I've read every book I have at home, be it entertainment or educational with the exception of Ender's Game and Catch 22. I read in bursts. I'm currently in a lull which I occupy with drawing, playing one of the MANY great games that came out in 2007, and watching all them movies that you, Dan, Arturo, and I work on putting on the list.
Speaking of which, I was told to watch The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance with you to gain a better appreciation for it. So I'm saving it until which time you can swing by my place. I'm serious, I'll wait on it until you can come over. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Fair enough. I'll come by your place right after church on Sunday which should be around 2pm. _________________ Conan! What is best in life?
