Dan, seeing as how FF2 (or 4... whatever) was your favorite FF, you might be happy to know that you'll get some use outta your DS for your next plane ride:
Personally, I'm debating if I want to pick up the Final Fantasy 3 (or 6... whatever) to use on my DS. That remains my top pick, although I'll admit that hearing Rosa's theme in that trailer for FF2 did bring a tinge of nostalgia. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

I can't say that I'm not happy about this. Hell one of the reason's that I wanted an Advance was because I heard they were rereleasing FFII(US) and III(US) for that system, though they never did.
However I hope that they give it a real update like they did with FFIII(J). Out of all of the games that Square redid for the playstation (Chronicals/Anthologies) II(US) got the least attention. While I was happy that they put the missing elements back in and fixed the translation, the cut secenes they added where horrible, and not even rendered fully. It looked as if they had planed to redo the game play for a 3d engine, but gave up and decided to call what little they had done a "Cut-Scene." The animation for the DS version I must say looked rather pretty, More than anything I would hope that this leads to an FFII 2 for the DS because out of all the Final Fantasy Games I believe that II is the game most deserving of a proper sequel. _________________ Mercy is the mark of a great man.

It was made for the Advance, but came out just recently, so you can play it on your DS if you prefer. _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

Oh, HELL no. I mean OUR Final Fantasy 3, with Mog interviewing the monsters, With Locke as the "treasure hunter", with Setzer taking down mechs with decks of cards. The GOOD FF3 :p _________________ "Addiction can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed."

And Paul said, "Yes, lord. Thank you, lord."
And he replied, "Now, take up thine staff and go...make me a sandwich."
"Um, what sort of sandwich, lord?"
"Oh, I don't know, you think of something."
"How about a Pastrami on a nice warm piece of rye bread?"
And he sayeth, "Is it lean pastrami?"
And Paul replied, "Of course not. What do think this is, Jerry's Famous Deli?"
"Fine, fine. Just make sure you give it to me with a pickle. And not one of those sweet pickles *shudders* I hate those things!" _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

Its a good thing. It means he's using it beyond his *New Situation: Can I shoot it? Yes? No?* thought process. _________________ <(@_@<), <(@_@)>, (>@_@)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_~)>, <(@_@)>, <(@_@<)
