Strangely, I didn't see a thread for Portal yet, but maybe I just missed it.

Anyway, after having the song stuck in my head for probably a couple weeks, learning all the words, and singing it incessantly, as well as making and seeing tons of "The cake is a lie!" references....

I finally actually SAW Portal. Didn't play it myself, but watched my partner play through it.

HOLY FREAKIN COW THAT GAME IS AWESOME!!!!

...okay, so I didn't understand half of what he was doing with all the crazy portal tricks, but still, I was blown away by the puzzles and the atmosphere and everything. GLaDOS was very cool, and her end-fight dialogue was super funny.

The end scenes were a little confusing, but awesome. WoW.

The game is made of win. Very Happy

Jon played it after we were seeing it mentioned a lot back when the Orange Box came out.

The end battle and the song are awesome. Honestly, if you play this game, you should save before the last battle, and let GLaDOS talk her heart out during it. It's the best part of the game!

Of course, there's a lot of vids of this battle also on Youtube. But you really should play it if you can.

I have to say that "The Cake is a Lie" has grown old on me, but this song has not.

portal=awesome

Very few games in this world i can play and not get extremely angry because i suck at them. This is a game I don't suck at. Or wouldn't if I played it.

(yes, I have been singing this song practically non-stop since I saw Portal yesterday, and was singing it intermittently for weeks before. I had it macro'd in WoW so I could get it out there faster. lol)
