It was relevant rambling at the time. I was just trying to be invidious. _________________ ~jynx~

No look it up silly. Invidious means behavior that arouses ill will, animosity, or hostility. _________________ ~jynx~

But believing in yourself means that you believe in humanity - since you are, in fact, a member of the human race. Since the strength of that belief is measured by what or whom we believe in, belief in humanity would be a shaky faith indeed. Belief in a higher power, therefore, would be the superior choice in this case. _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

That may very well be true, but anecdotes aside, you have to admit that Roman Catholicism and Jesus pretty much go hand-in-hand.
I totally agree, however if we were to do a Family Feud style poll on "Things related to Roman Catholicism" the number one answer would probably be "funny hats" followed by "men who wear the funny hats", "stale crackers", and "pedophilia". "Jesus" is up there, but would be the answer that makes everyone slap their heads when they realize they didn't get it. Then Richard Dawson makes fun of you.

This is from one of those "born again" Christians-----> me.
Notice I did say "some" born again Christians, not "all". Not all Christians who are "born again" are like that, so I'll rephrase the statement.
According to some "Closed Minded Evangelical Christians that Annoy The Hell Out Of Me" I've talked to Roman Catholicism has NOTHING to do with Jesus. It's just a pagan cult with a thin Christian facade.
I don't necessarily disagree with those closed minded people about the state of the Roman Catholic Church, I merely wanted to point out that Jesus is a MAJOR tenet of that faith. _________________ Conan! What is best in life?

I'm not human, as far as my definition anyway =P _________________ Anyone who says money can't buy happiness doesn't have enough money.
