In continuing Direman's "which is better" debates (Pie Vs. Cake and WineVs. Beer), I'm posing the question:

Which is better?

Tortilla Chips or Potato Chips?

Personally, I'll take Potato Chips any day. This is purely based on the fact that, being raised in a Mexican household, I was practically force fed tortillas growing up and subjected to "restaurant style" tortilla chips for a good portion of my life.

To this day, my mother swears there's something wrong with me:
"What would your grandmother think if you said you don't like tortillas with your meals?"

My response to that? "I don't care."

Dave I agree with you on your statement, but not for your cause.

Tortilla chips without salasa cant not beat any potato chips.

Its like Vanilla Ice Cream. There is French Vanilla (Tortilla with Salsa) and there is plain Vanilla ( Reg tortilla chips)

Whiskey over Beer and Wine. Ice Cream over Pie and Cake. Banana chips over Potato chips and Tortilla chips.

...Okay, well. Maybe not banana chips. Ritz Crackers perhaps.

Beer = Guiness
Potato chips = anything with that deep fried kettle cooked flavor

Thats in interesting mental picture...a little wallaby lying in a ball on rumpled chip bags used as bedding, his head resting on a half-empty whiskey bottle used as a headrest, arms hugging a pint glass, his little paws and mouth smeared with cake icing..
