So I was told this was horribly bad and therefore put of seeing it. But because of the amazing cast I felt as though I had to see for myself. So Dan and I watched this last night and it was AMAZING. In fact I looked up what a Kansas City Shuffle was and plan on executing one before I die.

Several of us over here only recently saw this as well. It didn't look to good from the promotional stuff we saw and people were very adamant against seeing it. There were some good people involved, but that isn't always a guarantee of quality as we are all painfully aware.

As it turns out Joel went out and bought a some point so when we had another one of our movie sessions (several in a row) it got thrown into the proverbial mix. Turned out much better than I thought it would be. I may or may not be talked into ever seeing it again but it was a good overall watch.

Oh come on, the cast alone makes it worth watching again. Razz
It's oddly one on my must watch list.

Somehow, I can watch it more than once. It was one of those "buy it before I know anything about it" movies.... worked out okay.

I think they've got a book collecting stories about The Schmoo over at Comic's Factory.

The most surprising element of the movie was Lucy Liu: she wasn't annoying at all. Go figure.

And she also managed to not be a prostitute, well still achieving a major sex scene.

Well, when compared to the works of Asia Carrera? Not so much, no. In terms everyday movie sex scenes?....not really sure, since I only vaguely recall the scene in question it couldn't have been /that/ major.
