This is from a show called "The Venture Brothers" Heard people say it was good but didn't have a clue what it was about. Its kind of like a messed up comedy version of "Johnny Quest". Its Dr, Venture and his two sons Dean and Hank and a character voiced by Patrick Warburtton voicing the "Ace Banon" character by the name of Brock Sampson. I've gotten some laughs from it for the 2 or so episodes I've seen so far, they tend to deal with Super Hero/Villain stuff quite a bit. To further illustrate the point, I offer the following clip.
