Go see this movie. In the line of movies such as Superbad, Knocked up, and Little Miss Sunshine in comes Juno. Excellently excellent. Worth it's $10.50 any day. It gets a 4.5 out of 5 from me. Enjoyable, funny, great story, great acting, and well overall good time. MUST SEE. _________________ It's not easy being me but I make it look damn good.
I'm not a big fan of the teen pregnancy genre, but this movie was so well recommended I went to see it just to check out the writing. Supposedly it has no extra scenes, nothing that doesn't advance the plot or flesh out the characters in some way, and I think that was indeed the case. Not exactly a full-fledged "comedy", though it is funny - a bit wry and thoughtful, and may evoke tears in those easily moved through sentiment.
People who don't like Jennifer Garner won't like it though; she plays the woman who is going to adopt Juno's child. (I forget who said they didn't like Jennifer Garner, but I know someone mentioned it.)
