If you mean "on-air" then there is nothing at all that I watch/keep up with.

On the other hand, on DVD I am presently watching through:
"Angel"
"Scrubs"
"M.A.S.H."
"Stargate SG-1"
"Dexter"

Honorable Mentions*:

"Firefly"
"The Tick: Live Action"
"The Adventures of Brisco County Jr."

* single season shows so its more of a "watch from time to time"/"show someone who has never seen them before" kind of thing.

I don't watch TV on a regular basis anymore; I got out of the habit in college and never really got back into it. Occasionally I'll be hanging around downstairs and catch an episode of shows I enjoy, like Mythbusters or Monk, but I don't really follow anything. I occasionally watch movies on dvd or vhs though.

"Horry Cap!"

Yeah, totally forgot "Dexter" since we kind of watch that in spurts. I really like that show. If we're doing that then I'll add "Venture Bros" to the list (saw it on Youtube, wonder if that counts?...) Alas, I have no Brisco County to watch.

And yes, "Buffy" is cool as well *modifies original entry*

Deadwood IS great... I agree.

And for Heroes, it's fun to watch but I still remember... "If he's still alive, heroes sucks."

ahhhhhh... such an epic fail

For all the Deadwood fans out there: I keep hearing dreadful things about the ending to season 3. I've only bought up to season 2 and I love it but terrified about the series ender. It's kind of like driving the sweetest car down the emptiest road but all the road signs say there's a cliff at the end.
