I can't!

/super rant ON

A freaking gas truck tanker whatever flipped over and dumped its entire contents onto Highway 101 RIGHT OUTSIDE MY FREAKING OFFICE! Northbound and Southbound is closed. All traffic on the highway has been diverted to streets. The STREET I'm located on. So it's complete stand still out there. 1 car crosses every 5 green lights. No one's moving anywhere and they estimated it will be 1 hour till they get the highway open again. That 1 hour was estimated 3 hours ago. Now the estimation is the highways will reopen after 8pm. Meaning.... I'm stuck at work.

15 hours.... 15 fucking hours. I eventually worked my way home through the streets and got in just after midnight....

(01-30) 07:11 PST REDWOOD CITY -- Authorities reopened three lanes of northbound U.S. Highway 101 in Redwood City around 5:20 a.m. today, more than 15 hours after the freeway was shut down.

The highway was closed around 2 p.m. Tuesday after a tanker trailer partially overturned, spilling an estimated 2,000 gallons of gasoline across the northbound lanes. The gas seeped into a storm drain at the center divide and underneath the southbound lanes of the freeway, prompting the closure of that side around 4 p.m.

Authorities were able to reopen the highway's southbound lanes around 10:30 p.m., and opened three northbound lanes early today. A California Highway Patrol dispatcher said the two lanes that are still closed are expected to remain so through the morning.

CHP officials said the accident occurred when a minivan hit the back of a tanker trailer, which was holding an estimated 2,6000 gallons of fuel. The impact of the accident caused the back part of the tanker to overturn.

Ah, coffee...

Coffee has gotten me through more graveyard shifts than I can remember.

Coffee has given me just that little extra edge I need to out-gun people in Call of Duty 4.

Coffee is my wake-up call routine when I walk into work.

Coffee... how I love it so.
