I think that's what happened, from what I seem to be getting from it.

Mike has a nice television, a fancy-schmansy widescreen flatpanel LCD from Samsung. Looks nice, great picture, fast response time so games like "Call of Duty 4" don't end up looking like streaky messes instead of the crisp near-photorealistic action experience it should be.

I would guess that Dave, now having a small wad of cash in his greasy little paws, has fallen to temptation and bought himself such a beast.

Which is still pretty sexy, lack of corporation Asian slave girl not withstanding.

Hey that 2nd tv is mine. I have a 50 inch 1080 plasma Samsung. <3 Its the most awesome thing ever combined with a Bose 3 2 1 Surround sound. When I watch netflix movies its serious Buisness!

Well the tv box thingy looks exactly the same. Its black same shape same stand and same power button. =) And my set up rocks! Movies aren't just entertainment. They're adventures.
