I love DDR. I think they should make an x-box online sort of DDR so that we can rock out in New York with those of you in LA. But instead I am just going to have to drag Dan over 3000 miles.

oh and by the way Dan. Apparently, background still don't exist. Occasionally it seems like their there, but in truth it is all a mirage.

You know. I never been much of a DDR fan but after finding out there is dance to a remix, by Captain Jacks, of Centerfold by the J Giles Band. I think I will have to jump on a pad.

Because as a Centerfold, you should know everything associated with the word.

Editors Note* Get the current copy of AA Golf Magazine, where I am featured in. Some mistaked it for me being a Centerfold, but thats okay I am not complaining. The only ones who are dissapointd are the women who bought the magazine expecting to see me in some revealing manner.

In two pieces tangendentally related to DDR, playing "Street Fighter" with DRR dance pads is a interesting experience. And for those into rythm games but not quite "down" with the j-pop music stylings most machines offer, there's hope:

Yeah, about that.

Dan confused an older game called "Bust a Groove" on the playstation for DDR. It IS, in essence, DDR with your hands. The few times I tried DDR ended in less that stellar results Smile

Backgrounds exist. See? Arturo and Dan are in front of a wall. In a hallway. Likely in the Squishy Building.

Street Fighter using DDR pads. The things we come up with when we're sitting around. And that Fist of the North Star machine just looks like something special all together.

Glad you like what you see, Tre. I'm sure a happy full figure shot of Bianca didn't do anything to sway your thoughts Very Happy

Don't be silly. I'd only be killing the automaton D-8V. We still have many levels of devious traps and deadly monsters to go through before we encounter DA'AVE - his evil clone.

After dispatching the clone, then, and only then, will we finally reach the top floor of the pagoda...only to be confronted by none other than Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - wearing sunglasses, no less, because his only weakness is sunlight! After losing many of our followers in the harrowing battle you, with your trusty shotgun and spunky red bandanna and I with my monocle and all purpose "umbrella", climb to the roof of the 90 story pagoda to join the final battle with...Dave.

Upon reaching the precarious roof, as the 60 mile and hour winds whip at our manly wounds, we discover that Dave has somehow enslaved the mind of Gandalf, our old sensei. Tears streaming from our battle-worn faces with every blow, we finally defeat Gandalf sensei and confront Dave. In the ensuing battle you lose an eye, which you jauntily cover with your spunky red bandanna, and I get my hair mussed - but in a kinda sexy kinda way. As Dave screams in his death throes we turn to leave...then Dave reveals his true form.

As a shadow engulfs our battered and beaten bodies we slowly turn to see the most hideous, the most vile, the most Lovecraftian of Lovecraftian tentacled things to ever defile the post-apocalyptic earth. You look at me. I look at you. We shake hands, then...we form Mecha-Shiva! Mecha-Shiva! Mecha-Shiva! to defeat the monster. Of course, we have to form Blazing Sword in order to do it. But when all is said and done, you light your last cigarette and I open my umbrella against the harsh red sun as the 90 story pagoda crumbles around us. The End.

So you see, the pretty pictures will continue. For a time. Wink

And thats when you realize you went into the wrong item world, that being your Silver Stick of Chewing Gum and not the Gold one, meaning you've got to do it all over again, but this time the pagoda has more levels. See you in two months.

I'm telling you, Paul has too much time on his hands. And I'm glad, because I love reading his short works on these forums. After a year or two of this he could compile these stories and sell them, call them "The Colected Forum Sagas, Vol. 1". Yes, Vol. 1. There are sure to be more to come.
