Most of the details are available via Kotaku.
But basically, what you're to do is design a perk and have a little picture (provided or created on your own) to go with it. Winner gets the perk coded into the game with credits to you, plus the grand prizes of a PC pack or 360 pack.

I would _so_ love to win that, but my life follows a funny set of rules, one of which sucks pretty damn hard.

If I enter a competition, I won't win. It's really that simple Razz

Although, it's probably because most of the competitions I go for have 100,000's or millions of other entrants... Either way...

Either way just enter something. I know Ny has already sent in a perk entry. You can't just let him have a better chance to win than you. The Yellow Man must be kept down! Specifically, this one!
